We’re Joining With RSL Care

RDNS HomeCare is joining forces with RSL Care

You may be aware that RDNS HomeCare is part of a not-for-profit organisation called Royal District Nursing Service (RDNS), which has provided home and community nursing services for 130 years.

RDNS is pleased to announce that we are joining forces with RSL Care, based in Queensland, to create a bigger, stronger organisation to support people in Australia.

RDNS is one of Australia’s most respected providers of home healthcare, and our commitment is to provide compassionate, professional support to as many people as possible.

RSL Care is a leading not-for-profit provider of aged care services, with a focus on residential aged care, retirement living and community care. Like RDNS, they have a long history of working with seniors, veterans, families and communities.

Together, the two organisations will be able to offer more services in more places to more people.

Importantly, there will be no change to the services provided our clients by RDNS HomeCare.  Your services will continue in the same way as they always have, with no interruption or changes.

For our referrer, industry or business partners, there will be no changes to referral and communication processes. Business continues as usual.

At the heart of the decision to merge our organisations is our wish for people to benefit from our combined offer of even more health and wellbeing services – from nursing and care at home, through to retirement living, residential care and more. Working together, RDNS and RSL Care will be able to provide a true continuum of care.

The process of RDNS and RSL Care joining forces is in the very early stages. We have shared the news with our clients, referrers, industry and business partners and key government departments. We will keep you fully informed as this exciting work progresses.
