What is the Be Healthy and Active Program?
The RDNS HomeCare Be Healthy and Active Program is a series of health and wellbeing education sessions presented by RDNS HomeCare in communities across Australia. With the help of our supporters and partners RDNS HomeCare runs a series of one hour sessions to educate communities on a range of health and wellbeing topics.
The sessions are developed by the RDNS Institute, a world renowned primary and community care research facility, and the RDNS Education and Learning Centre, an Australian registered training organisation. Additionally, RDNS HomeCare is one of Australia’s largest providers of community home support and home nursing services, so we are well placed to share health and wellbeing information in the community.
