For Referrers

RDNS HomeCare accepts referrals from health professionals including general practitioners, hospitals, Veterans Home Care Assessment Agencies and other health care agencies.

If you are a health industry professional and have a patient who may need community nursing or home care, please call our referral hotline on 1300 665 444 to have one of our qualified staff assess your patient’s requirements.

Once your patient has been referred to RDNS HomeCare, our nursing staff will work in consultation with you, keeping you informed of their progress every step of the way.

Medical authorisations are required for some procedures. In addition, medicine intake authorisations are required where RDNS HomeCare is assisting clients with medicine management.
